How We Can Help
We aim to provide the highest quality of care in your home, working closely with you and your loved ones to meet every care need. Our services include personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting and any other tasks outlined in your individual care plan. We offer both short- and long-term care options, with carer visits ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your needs.
In addition to personal care, we provide general housekeeping support, including light household tasks like laundry and shopping. Our carers are also available for companionship, offering company, conversation or a walk to the local shop, ensuring no task is too big or small.

Skilled Carers
We will provide you with highly trained, professional, dedicated, motivated, knowledgeable, effective and committed care staff. Our staff go through enhanced pre-employment checks as required by the monitoring bodies. All our staff are registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) who set the standards of conduct and practice for care workers. Our purpose is to enable you to live with dignity, respect and trust through the care that we provide as we work together.
Assistance with Activities
Our carers are fully trained in helping clients meet their activities of daily living.
These will include but are not limited to assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, medication administration, mobility and feeding.
Medication Reminders
Our care staff can be there to remind our clients when it is time to take their medication.
We use an electronic system that is incorporated in our care package to make sure that no medication times are missed, forgotten or omitted for any of our clients.
Medical Monitoring
Our care staff are trained in medication administration and medication record keeping to monitor the stocks in our clients’ homes.
This enables us to know when medications need to be reordered or collected from pharmacy on behalf of our clients without a break in their prescribed medication administration.
Housekeeping
We can offer a housekeeping service which includes light household chores like laundry, cleaning, shopping and reordered prescription medication collection from pharmacy.
Regular Companionship
Our carers can help our clients by being there to keep them company for periods of time as required or maybe to just have somebody to talk to or take them out for a walk.
Scheduled visits can be arranged for those clients requiring regular companionship visits.
