From the first contact with Dorothy (coordinator) the company ethos of care, compassion and person centred planning was evident. Very promptly an assessment of need was undertaken and a bespoke plan put in place, with review intervals scheduled from the outset. The small touches of getting to know both my parents and their needs / wants was very reassuring and offered an enhanced level of confidence. Excellent services provided by Dorothy and Steady; two gently and compassionate individuals with their service users’ needs to the fore. The long history of nursing care in their repertoire has shone through. All contacts have been punctual, respectful and transparent, which is so important not only for care users, though extended family. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company and a five star review is most certainly warranted. Wishing Everycare Solutions continued growth and success. Everycare impressed me with their reliability, punctuality and kind friendly caring attitude. They are well organised and professional while being exceptional personable.

The carers have been comming to us now for about one month,I find them very reliable always on time,they also make time to speak with mum who they care for,as she is now bed care only,and non verbal almost,they take time to interact which is important.They are very respectful comming into your home,and I find working with them very easy.We feel blessed to have them now,and their background in nursing is a great thing to have,I cannot rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone needing their services,we are very satisfied with the care provided

After hip replacement surgery I was mostly independent fairly quickly. But there were just some things I couldn’t manage, and family help wasn’t always available. I was so grateful for Dorothy’s help. Friendly smiling efficient and punctual. Many thanks.
